As a therapist, I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood.  My goal is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and make meaningful change.

I work with individuals and families seeking support for a wide range of concerns—from anxiety and depression to trauma, loss, academic struggles, and relationship challenges. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches—including modern psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, play and expressive therapies, and teletherapy—to create a personalized path toward healing and growth.

I work extensively with couples, children, adolescents, and families, offering thoughtful, dynamic treatment that helps improve communication, resolve conflict, and foster deeper connection. For younger clients, I provide engaging and developmentally attuned therapy through both in-person and remote family play therapy sessions.

In addition to my clinical work, I have a strong background in teaching and supervision. I’ve taught child and adolescent therapy techniques to psychiatrists, medical professionals, and other clinicians at a local medical center. I currently serve as an Adjunct Professor at Ramapo College, where I teach Theory and Practice at the graduate level. I also supervise advanced practitioners, graduate students, and post-graduate candidates in clinical training.

If you or a loved one feels overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of the next step, I invite you to reach out to set up a consultation. Together, we can begin the process of moving toward clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.
