Fee for 45 and 60 Minute Sessions: 

Individual, Couple, and Family Tele-Therapy $200-$225

Child and Adolescent Play Tele-Therapy $225-$275 

Sliding Scale Fee Available

Out-of-Network Receipts Provided

The full session fee is due at the time of the session.  A credit card is held on file, and you will be charged the session fee if the session is not paid in full at the time of the session. 

Insurance

I am an out-of-network treatment provider only.  I provide consulting and contracting for other entities.  I do not have any contracts with any in-network insurance companies. Your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover my services in full or in part. In order to make this determination, here are some questions to ask your insurance carrier:

Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment

Cash and checks at the time of service are accepted for payment.  I accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, checks, Venmo, and Zelle as forms of payment.  

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified the office at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session cost.
