Psychotherapy

Sessions are 45, 60, or 90 minutes in length.

Rates range from $200 to $300 per session.

Out-of-Network Receipts Provided

• Individual, Couple, and Family Tele-Therapy 
• Child and Adolescent Play Tele-Therapy 

Insurance

I am an out of network provider.

The following are questions to ask your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits for mental health services. 

• Do I have out-of-network (OON) benefits? If so, what are they?
• What is my deductible? How much, if any, have I met thus far?
• Is teletherapy covered? If so, is there a visit limit or restrictions?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? 
• What is the standard reimbursement for the following CPT codes?
  • 90832 - Individual Psychotherapy (30 minutes)
  • 90834 - Individual Psychotherapy (45 minutes)
  • 90837- - Individual Psychotherapy (60 minutes)

Payment

I accept checks and Zelle as forms of payment. Other payment options can be discussed.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified the office at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session cost.
